Anna Wintour applauded the designers showcasing at NYFW 2016 for being inventive and “celebrating creativity and optimism”. There was so much to enjoy, and to be inspired by, at New York Fashion Week 2016. America seems to be at a tipping point in its political history but hopefully, whatever the outcome, life will go on in a reasonably nice manner; people will adapt and continue to strive for a #happybrightlife.
Below are some of our favourite looks from NYFW 2016. Check out Part 1 and also our reviews of Marc Jacobs, Anna Sui, and Alice + Oliva.
